Clockwork Product Updates - Q2 2025

As Q3 gains momentum, we’re excited to keep you in the loop with what’s new at Clockwork, including team growth, product enhancements, and ways we’re continuing to support your success.

We would like to introduce Morné Cloete, our newest Account Manager to the team!

 

New Product Updates 🆕 


Here are some recent updates we made to Clockwork.

1. People and Company Enrichment Activity Report

In Firm Settings under the Integration Tab (Admin or Partner Role Only) users can now click the “Total Records” count in the Integration Report and view a filtered view providing the updated or skipped records for enriched records. (Skipped: Records that have no updates in LinkedIn or no LinkedIn URL in their profile.)

  • Navigate to Firm Settings then to the Integrations Tab.
  • Select which types of data enrichment you would like to enable and use.
  • You can now see how credits are being used.

 

2. Add New Seats And New User Onboarding

  • Now you can add more users at any time within your Firm Settings.


3. New User Onboarding

  • Each user will receive an invitation to their Virtual Onboarding Space titled: “Welcome to Clockwork ⏰ – Your Onboarding Space.”
  • This is a self-guided, hour-long experience designed to help them get up and running.


4. Pro Tips Live Q&A Support Webinar


We host a bi-weekly Pro Tips Webinar: Live Q&A Session with our support and success team where we share advanced tips, use-cases and walkthroughs. It's open to your entire team and free for all users, it's especially helpful for onboarding new hires or leveling up as you grow. Contact your Account Manager to sign-up.
