From global search organizations and boutique search firms to independent search consultants, Thaddeus has run and implemented marketing strategies at every level from thought leadership to social media.
In 2021 Thaddeus founded Retaindly, a marketing agency that focuses exclusively on marketing for search firms. He has served as the Director of Marketing at Clockwork Recruiting for over a year and half and currently resides in southern California.
