Thaddeus Andres is the Director of Marketing for Clockwork. He has worked within the executive search industry for over 14 years as a leading voice and expert in marketing strategy and execution. His prior experience includes working with organizations such as the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), IIC Partners Executive Search Worldwide, The Cluen Corporation, and more. From global search organizations and boutique search firms to independent search consultants, Thaddeus has run and implemented marketing strategies at every level from thought leadership to social media.
In 2021 Thaddeus founded Retaindly, a marketing agency that focuses exclusively on marketing for search firms. He has served as the Director of Marketing at Clockwork Recruiting for over a year and half and currently resides in southern California.
