About:

Donna S. Karnal (Managing Partner) is an experienced business executive with 20+ years in search. Before launching Ultimate Solutions LLC, Donna was with another firm where she developed the “search to search” division, making it the revenue leader for three consecutive years. She also served as National Director of Recruiting for global search giant Korn/Ferry International.

Donna began her career at Merrill Lynch then joined Goldman Sachs as a trader for five years on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, then joined Citibank’s High Net Worth Division as a portfolio manager. Donna graduated with a B.A. in sociology from Brooklyn College and has a master’s degree in conflict resolution from Nova University (now Nova Southeastern University).
