Contact Cleaning
Clean up stale contacts and remove outdated records.
We review your existing records against criteria we agree with you upfront — typically no recent emails, notes, or project activity — and flag anything stale or incomplete. You review the flagged list and keep final say on what's updated, kept, or removed.
Contact De-Duplication
Identify and merge records.
We match your contacts on name, email, phone, and company (plus fuzzy matches on work history and location) and deliver a confidence-rated duplicate report. Only records you approve get merged, with notes and activity history preserved in the surviving record.
Bulk LinkedIn Enrichment
Keep candidate profiles current, at scale.
For contacts with a LinkedIn URL on file, we refresh titles, employers, and location in bulk, then audit a sample and flag anything that failed to enrich. Typical success rates run 80–90%; contacts missing a URL will require LinkedIn URL Discovery first.
